Jonathan Favorite has submitted two songs: 1) Fly Away (David’s Song), which was written when tragedy struck his family. His 12-year-old cousin David was called home in an accident. Something so terrible happening so close is never something you can prepare for. He was touring with Corban Creek at the time in Nebraska, and wrote this song on the drive back to Wisconsin. He had the honor and privilege to play this song at David’s funeral to share the solid assurance that David is with his Savior in heaven. 2) Create In Me was written while attending Martin Luther College as a class assignment for his Lutheran Worship class which required a worship related project. This short version of the Create In Me was written for worship use.
